This committee advocates for more and improved parks within the Oaklands neighbourhood. The ‘Oaklands Greenways Project’ is an active group dedicated to enhancing greenspace in the area. Recent projects include the new ‘Oaklands Park’ playground, the refurbishment of ‘Oaklands Green’ and pending revitilization of ‘Ryan Street Greenway’.
